• Integration of UGA Cameras with an Active Shooter Alert System (RTCC)

• Implementation of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)

• Expansion of Safety and Homeless Outreach Ambassadors

• Enhancement of the Safe Ride Program

• Performing an Independent Security Assessment to Detect and Address Unresolved Vulnerabilities

This model allows us to keep administrative costs low and channel more resources into our safety initiatives.
