Congratulations to Dr. Allen and the grassroots effort of all in the community. With unwavering determination and armed with more than just emotion, their cohesive community utilized data and persuasive intellect to successfully halt the Peter and Vine Street PSH Project which would have placed Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for those with severe mental health issues intermixed with low income families in the middle of their neighborhood.
